Balkholme is a hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) north east of Goole town centre and about 2 miles (3.2 km) east of Howden. It lies to the south of the B1230 road as it crosses the M62 motorway.

It forms part of the civil parish of Kilpin.
