Central Eurasia is a geographic term, which may refer to:
- Central Asia, i.e., the five Central Asian Republics as well as Iran, Afghanistan, parts of China and Pakistan, and sometimes Mongolia
- The Caucasus region, spreading through parts of Russia, down through the Caspian Sea and into Iran and Central Asia
