The Cheshire County Football Association, also simply known as the Cheshire FA, is the governing body of football in the county of Cheshire, England. They are responsible for the governance and development of football at all levels in the county.

The Cheshire FA was founded in 1878 and are based at Hartford House Recreation Centre in Northwich.

The Cheshire FA currently organises eight County Cup competitions.
The 2008-09 Premier Cup saw five Football League clubs enter - Chester City, Crewe Alexandra, Macclesfield Town, Stockport County and Tranmere Rovers.
