EDUN Apparel Ltd is an Irish fashion company.[1][2] It was founded by Ali Hewson, Bono, and Rogan Gregory.[3][4][5]

[edit] Mission
EDUN labels itself as a "socially conscious clothing company" which exists to assist in increasing employment and trade for developing regions[6], especially Sub-Saharan Africa. It also hopes to provide a business model that other companies will follow.[4][7] Their main slogan is "Trade not Aid" and on their EDUN website they have music from different starting up bands instead of U2 music (because of Bono) being one of the contributes to that project.
[edit] Designs
Clothing designs take elements from the Art Nouveau style, characterized by highly-stylized, flowing, curvilinear designs often incorporating floral and other plant-inspired motifs.[8] Many of EDUN's designs are inspired by nature.
