In a free society, all individuals act voluntarily.[1] Individuals in a free society find it safe to be unpopular.[2] This can be elaborated in terms of freedom of speech - if people have a right to express their views without fear of arrest, imprisonment, or physical harm.[3]

In a free society, individuals would organize in voluntary associations, including free market and communist societies. In a free society, individuals would gain more prosperity, of non-aggression principle.
