Insemination
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Insemination is the introduction of sperm into the female uterus of a mammal or the oviduct of an oviparous (egg-laying animal) during copulation with another animal.
Insemination which takes place through sexual intercourse is known as natural insemination or NI.
Artificial insemination is when it is done by some means other than copulation.
