The Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (simplified Chinese: 中国共产党中央组织部) is a department of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of China Central Committee which is responsible for staffing positions within the CCP.
Because the People's Republic of China is effectively a one party state, the organization department has an enormous amount of control over personnel within the PRC.
