I created this article on March 13th, 2007. I have included the most notable moments of Otto's career, but have left glaring gaps in other parts of his life. If anybody has information on the following, please include it in the article, and cite your source of information:

• His date of birth
• Where he got his 'doctor' (Dr.) title from
• Any spouces
• His exact date of death
• If he had a career as a player
• If he wasn't a player, what was his job before 1934
