I am not the uploader, but seeing that it is a free image, it can be transferred to wikicommons. I am not too familiar with the process though since my only real commons images are my own. Grk1011/Stephen (talk) 17:19, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

I have conducted a reassessment of this article and found a large number of issues with the prose style, referencing and possible original research. There were so many that I delisted the article.
